Vacuum Thermoforming Machine for Cabinet Liner

The machine is mainly used for refrigerator cabinet vacuum thermoforming.It consists of loading station,preheating station,heating station,forming station,unloading station,etc.

:The type of sheet conveying could be as chain and clamp types, and there are 4 or 5 stations in the line based on the demand of cutting station. There are 2 different ways of thermoforming with suction and bubble way for the line.

The line adopts intelligent temperature controller,servo motor drive,low-temperature air cooler and so on.High automaticity,easy operation,high efficiency,etc.
