Rotary refrigerator door foaming machine

The foaming line, which is the rotary 7/8-station foaming equipment, is for the production of refrigerator or freezer door foaming. It consists of main frame, rotary frame, foaming fixture, hydraulic driven part, positioning parts, mold open/close system, injection & conveying system, model identification system, hydraulic accessory parts and electrical control system.

Tower type refrigerator door foaming line

The line is for the foaming production of refrigerator door, which consists of rotary line, charging manipulator, mold fixture, fixture lock/unlock device, fixture open/close device, conveyor for lifter-in, mold fixture lifter, curing lifter, conveyor for lifter-out, belt conveyor, exhaust system, curing heating chamber and electrical control system.

Ground rail type refrigerator door foaming line

It consists of chain driven system, foaming fixture, heating chamber foaming machine platform, steam heating & exhaust system, charging manipulator, lock device, conveyor, open/close quide rail, lock device & oneumatic system, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The technical process includes manual/auto loading, fixture close, manual/auto vertical charging, cycle driven system, heating & curing cycle, fixture unlock, fixture open, manual/auto unloading and cleaning. The line has a compact structure, simple operation, smooth transmission, convenient product replacement and high production efficiency.
