The refrigerator (cabinet) door shell forming line is a fully automatic production line. The line is generally composed of an automatic feeder, a punching machine, a 90-degree bending machine, an R bending machine, a feeder, and a supporting pneumatic system, hydraulic system, and electronic control system. The line is a fixed-length steel plate feeder, which is automatically formed and then manually taken out. It mainly produces arc-shaped or flat-plate refrigerator (cabinet) door shells.
It has the advantages of reasonable process layout, high production efficiency, good degree of automation, safe and reliable human-machine interface operation, convenient maintenance, and wide range of products.
