Rotary refrigerator door foaming machine

The foaming line, which is the rotary 7/8-station foaming equipment, is for the production of refrigerator or freezer door foaming. It consists of main frame, rotary frame, foaming fixture, hydraulic driven part, positioning parts, mold open/close system, injection & conveying system, model identification system, hydraulic accessory parts and electrical control system.

The line includes the technical processes of manual loading, auto injection, rotary mold closing, mold lock by oil cylinder, curing finished, mold open by oil cylinder, lower mold fixture down to the original point, mold open and manual unloading.

The mold fixture could be heated by water-heating, which could be used for the production of different of models by its reliability and convenient mold change-over. It also has the characteristics of small cover area, compact structure and easy operation.

The line, which is rotary type foaming equipment, is for refrigerator door foaming production, and its production process as below:

After putting the door panel and door liner into the mold fixture, the lower mold fixture will be lifted by oil cylinder to the horizontal level, and will be auto-charged by mixed injection head by setting data. After charging, the conveyor trolley will be back to the original position. The main rotary panel will be rotated driven by oil cylinder. The lower mold fixture will slide to roll down by the rail and close. After rotary in position, the mold fixture will be positioning, locked, lifted and opened by oil cylinder, then the lower mold fixture will come to the original position, the product will be unloaded manually, and also then loading door panel and liner for the next cycle time.
